The order can be canceled before the status reads “Payment Complete.” When the status reads “In Preparation,” the order cannot be cancelled since the invoice is already printed.
If you wish to change or cancel the order after the status reads “Payment Complete,” contact Ground Plan Customer Service Center or post your request on the Q&A bulletin board on the homepage.
Order Additional Products
If you wish to add products after payment, cancel the order and purchase again. Or contact Ground Plan Customer Service Center and transfer or deposit additional payment to the bank account.
How to Send Payment
You can choose to pay using a few options: credit card, real-time money transfer or bank deposit.
When ordering, select one option out of credit card, real-time money transfer and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, deposit the payment to one of the bank accounts given by Ground Plan.
The buyer’s money transfer or deposit is confirmed at 14:00 daily. Payment sent before 14:00 is good for same-day shipping service.
Confirmation of payment can be delayed if the name of the buyer on the order page and the name on the bank statement are different. If the buyer’s name and the money-sender’s name are different, be sure to notify Customer Service Center.
Receipts for Cash Transaction
For orders made by real-time money deposit or money transfer to the virtual account, the buyer can request a receipt on the Order/Payment page. The receipt for cash transaction can be applied for 30 days from the date of confirmation of the money transfer or deposit.
Orders by Non-Members
The official Ground Plan online mall offers shopping services for non-members without signing up for membership. Please kindly note non-members cannot receive benefits enjoyed by members, such as discounts and coupons available online.
