Membership Benefits per Grade 

SEED: New member ~ Customers who purchased KRW 100,000 or more) can receive 1% store credit and a KRW 2,000 birthday coupon. 

BUD: Customers who purchased KRW 100,000 to 300,000) can receive 1% store credit, 3% discount and a KRW 5,000 birthday coupon. 

LEAF: Customers who purchased KRW 300,000 to 500,000) can receive 1% store credit, 4% discount and a KRW 10,000 birthday coupon.

TREE: Customers who purchased KRW 500,000 to 1,000,000) can receive 1% store credit, 5% discount, a KRW 10,000 birthday coupon and free shipping for all purchases.

 

Product Reviews by Members

Write a text review and receive 500 points, or a photo review for 1,000 points.

Coupons

Birthday Coupon: A birthday coupon is offered to the member three days prior to the birthday and can be used within 2 weeks after the date of issuance. 

A birthday coupon can be applied for purchases over KRW 10,000, or more than the amount specified on the coupon.

To apply the available coupon, check the amount on the coupon before selecting and applying to the purchase. 

A birthday coupon can be used alongside store credit, but one coupon per order. 

 

Store Credit

A varying amount of Store Credit is offered to members with different grades upon purchases.

Store Credit is offered when members participate in events and writing product reviews. 

For a purchase over KRW 30,000, Store Credit can be used like cash. When the product is refunded, Store Credit and/or coupons will be restored.   

 

Upon a receipt of the purchased product, 1% of the purchased amount as Store Credit will be automatically issued to the member within 3 days after the date of delivery. 

When the issuance of Store Credit is delayed due to the incomplete delivery status, contact Customer Service Center via 1:1 Kakaotalk chat or post your request on the Q&A bulletin board. 

 

Not Applicable for Store Credit 

When the amount of purchased products is under KRW 10,000

When the date of purchase passed more than 90 days

When the review is written by a non-member

When the review is on Shopping Bags or Boxes 

 

Notice 

Store Credit is issued per product regardless of the number of the product in different colors or volumes.

Store Credit is issued per order, regardless of the number of photos or contents posted. 

Symbols, consonants, repeated phrases are not counted as the valid number of characters. Store Credit is usable on the Ground Plan website only. When the purchase is returned or refunded, Store Credit is deducted. Unused Store Credit is automatically disused after one year.

Bari & You Inc. that owns the brand Ground Plan reserves the copyright of all reviews and photographs posted by the member, and registered contents can be utilized for the brand’s marketing purposes. 

 

Signing up for Membership

“Log in” at the top of the homepage and “Create Account.” Enter the customer’s information.  

 

Revising Member’s Information 

Log into the homepage via PC or mobile phone. Go to “My Page” to revise information.

All information except for ID and Korean resident’s registration number can be revised.

To ensure precise delivery, keep your shipping address and contact information updated.  

 

Cancelling Membership 

Log into the homepage via PC or mobile phone. Go to “My Page” and click “Cancellation” in the bottom to cancel the membership.

Upon cancelling the membership, the history of orders, store credit and coupon will be deleted permanently in accordance with the Korean law protecting personal information. 

 

Forgotten or Lost ID and Password 

Click “Find Password” on the log-in page. Use the mobile phone to authenticate a new password. When log-in fails, contact Customer Service Center via 1:1 Kakaotalk chat or post your question on the Q&A bulletin board. 

 

Protection of Personal Information upon Signing up for Membership 

In an effort to prevent damages and losses arising from information leakage and to take systematic security measures, Ground Plan requires minimal personal information necessary for order and delivery in order to protect the member’s personal information.
