When using the Korea Post for shipping, register return/refund using the Ground Plan app or call Ground Plan (1588-1300) before sending the shipping fee, KRW 6,000 and mark as “payment on delivery.” When using other carriers for shipping, send KRW 3,000 and mark as “payment in advance.”

When exchange or return is not applicable:
- After 7 days passed upon the receipt of the purchased product
- Purchased products are opened or used, thus cannot be resold
- Gifts sent together with the purchased order were used or lost
- Purchased products are damaged or flawed at the fault of the buyer
- The place of purchase is uncertain
Exchange and Return Policy
In case of change of mind, the buyer pays KRW 6,000.
In case of partial return, the buyer pays KRW 3,000 or KRW 6,000 won depending on the total amount the buyer paid. (Free return shipping is available for purchase over KRW 50,000)
In case of defective or damaged products or the buyer’s ski trouble, Ground Plan covers shipping fee.

After returned products are confirmed, refund will be issued to the payment method used by the buyer. In case of cash deposit, refund takes 2~5 business days. In case of credit card payment, refund takes 5~8 business days; however, exact time may differ by credit card company. For the product returned due to a change of mind, return shipping fee, KRW 3,000, which includes original shipping fee, will be deducted from the refund. For partial refund, the refund excluding the return shipping fee, KRW 3,000, will be issued.
Refund Application for Customers Experiencing Skin Trouble
Due to different skin types and conditions, every individual’s reaction to the same product varies. Side effects may include redness, swelling, itchiness and irritation. If discomfort continues, discontinue the use of the product. If abnormal symptoms suddenly occur during the normal usage, discontinue for a few days before using the product again. If the same symptom continues, consult with your physician. If the skin trouble continues to occur after consulting with your physician and conducting a skin patch test (by applying a small portion to the lower arm or neck), Ground Plan accepts return and issues refund in accordance with the Criteria for Consumer Dispute Resolution, concerning skin trouble caused by the product, announced by the Korean Fair-Trade Commission.
To file a return and refund application, the buyer is required to submit the proof of his/her claim via the statement from a dermatologist, the receipt for a medical visit and the copy of the buyer’s bank account to the e-mail address: email@example.com.

The product cannot be returned after 20 days upon the receipt of the purchased order.
